Launcher Says "No connection" but I have Internet on my pc

Hello Mojang Team,

 

My Launcher is unable to Connect and I only can play offline mode. Is there a way to fix it? 

My Pc got a normal and perfect Connection and I have enough to log in. (300-400mbits)

I really cant play online anymore on my launcher.
