Can't join servers neither can I see my skins...

I'm sorry to give a complain  but I can't join any servers or create any.. Witch really sucks because I really wanna play minecraft with my friends.. Neither can I see my skins. I did some research and it appears to be that my account is not connected to microscoft servers? I bought minecraft with pure money and this is what I get?  (jackymomo420)
