Minecraft wont load on my PS4.

So I play Minecraft on my Playstation 4. I've been playing since 2015. Now, I've gotten many updates and they were wonderful. The thing is, every time I want to play Minecraft, it won't load. It will show this screen of the bars bouncing and just keeps bouncing for hours. It won't let me load fully into the game. 

We've also had problems where we play multiplayer and the game crashes. We play multiplayer locally. Split Screen yknow?. Anyway, it crashes. Can you please fix this bug?
