bought game paid money not processing

we bought the game and we lost the money we paid and we downloaded the game and we are logged in to minecraft and when we open up the minecraft launcher it only lets me play demo version. when we log in to the minecraft it lets me make a skin because i have it on the minecraft website but when i go into launcher it doesn't say i have the game so what do i do
