Bug with placing wheat seeds

After a minute of tilling the ground and placing seeds (seeds were in my shield slot for efficiency), the seeds suddenly stopped being placed when I clicked. I am going to relog and see if it fixes itself, but so far I haven't been able to place seeds in five minutes.
