Sign in invalid

hello,

i bought minecraft java via my mobile not so long ago

i have tried to login via the internet but the sign in button doesnt work for some reason so i found a way around that, i managed to download the minecraft launcher without signing in

i tried to login via the launcher, the button works but it is saying my email or password is invalid 

they are both definitely correct as it works on my phone, despite this i have reset my password multiple times

can anyone possibly help with this??
