No Connection

After version 1.16.2 released, my Minecraft Launcher won't update.

When i open the launcher, it takes about 30 second before it actually opens.

And when i launch it, it launches in offline mode. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall all minecraft files in my computer, but nothing works.

Now i cant even open minecraft because i reinstalled it. It says "Sorry, unable to start Minecraft. Please check your configuration."

I really need help with this, because i cant play minecraft from the official launcher anymore.
