Almost all of my installations got deleted

All of my installations got removed from the launcher, which is not a big problem as all of the versions I installed are in the launcher but It is impossible for me to update the launcher to it's newest version and I can't even download 1.16.3.

I tried reinstalling the minecraft launcher but it didn't help

I also can't install versions prior to 1.8, I think all my installations might be blocked to the versions folder? I can only play versions that i downloaded before this bug happened
