Minecraft launcher crashes after loading screen

once i opened my launcher and pressing the 'Play' botton the game poped out the loading screen and after that the game immediatly crashes.

Note: something the loading screen of the ghame crashes right after i press the play botton, and sometimes it waits till the loading bar is finished and then crashes.
