where's my CityPack??

Upon launching the Minecraft app on windows pc, my version of minecraft informed me of (2) of my purchased packs(greek mythology and city pack) in global resources have been removed.  It still says that I own them, but I cannot activate them.  I am requesting that my access be restored.
