won't launch

everytime i try to launch the game it will get past the first set up but when its at the second loading bar with the mojang screen it pauses and stops until i force the program to shut down it says it the java se but i have uninstalled and reinstalled the newest java both 64 and the se along with updating the driver/graphics/video card i have then gotten to the point of just reinstalling minecraft but even that didn't work it is very frustrating as it now feels i just wasted my money
