Start up won't work offline

After the most recent update I have had two problems with Minecraft. The first one is I can't hear anything when playing the jukebox, by the note block sounds perfect. My second and big issue is Minecraft will not start for me offline. I bought this game on my Android because I could play it offline and now I can't.
