c0.28_01 is for some reason higher than the 1.0.0 Release Candidates

For some random reason, c0.28_01, after inserting into the launcher by downloading the .jar, creating a .json file and inserting them both into a folder after downloading them from the Minecraft Gamepedia Wiki, is higher than the beta versions, and the 1.0.0 release candidates, despite being marked as "old_alpha".

 

Using WinRAR, I've extracted the contents of the JAR file and attached it to the issue so you can download it and check for anything suspicious.
