launcher looses installations on crash/reboot

after game crash and system reboot launcher lost all logins

after relogging all accounts, no installations were shown

installations do not show up using search

i had created new folders for each playername some specific by version played as per server

this bug report website/form is confusing. when i click the [report bug] button i feel all this information should be auto pulled so unfamiliar users/nonsignupguests should have to search for it. i get that would probably flood this site but how else would you know that unreported issues exist     

this is not the first time this has happened, and not the only launcher version (but now current) and is for all logged in accounts

(edit: i have the 'send crash reports' ticked. can those be found/attached/resourced?)

(edit2: in trying to create new installation, version dropdown is unpopulated and will not create without selecting a version)   fixed why would you not at least have one box ticked (ie releases)
