Account Always Saved

Problem:
My minecraft account is always saved onto the launcher. Don't tell me it's anything to do with the lastlogin file I have deleted several times now. The launcher simply saves my account information and I can't with all my might get rid of it. It is the most irritating thing I have dealt with on the launcher. I don't want to use a launcher that lets anybody just walk up and use my account because I logged in on that pc before.
