Failed to download file. fastuil-8.2.1.jar Operation too slow. Less than 30 bytes/sec transferred the last 60 seconds

I bought Minecraft today and when I press 'play', it shows an error 'failed to download file'. I researched and tried many ways but it still shows an error. please help as soon as possible.
