Error with blue screen when setting skin in launcher

After running the launcher, the blue screen pops up if you do the following:

1, When you press the 'Skin' tab and the skin is loaded (or rendered), the blue screen appears, as shown in the first picture.
2, if nothing happened in the above situation, the blue screen appears as in the second picture after selecting the skin file when adding or modifying the skin.

If you experience this error, you may have the following situations:

1, after a reboot, you may loose the Sign of the Minecraft launcher.
2, As soon as you launch the launcher after rebooting, a blue screen like the third picture may appear.

The blue screen records an external graphics card driver crash, and the symptoms disappear when I stop using the external graphics.
