I need a refund

Recently, I have purchased Minecraft Java Edition on my MacOS. Once I try to download it, I have an issue of not being able to drag the application into my app folder. It just says "Minecraft Launcher, if you are running from a dmg, please drag to applications folder and try again." I have tried everything to fix my problem, but my theory is that my Mac is not compatible with Minecraft. Maybe my Mac's outdated or something. Please give me a full refund, it's not because of the game, but it's because of my monitor.
