Game will not launch

Every time that I go and press play on the launcher, it goes and shuts the launcher screen down like its about to load the actual game and then pulls the launcher back up with a description saying that the game crashed. I tried looking at the crash report and it says that there is something else occupying the 64 bit java file, but I have no idea what that would be, I have already uninstalled and reinstalled and shut the pc down multiple times.
