Unable to save skin.

I Cant save my skin, i've look through multiple forums and found nothing. I dont know what to do. I've tried multiple skins, restarting minecraft and the computer, tried renaming and redownloading skins, but still nothing. I have tried different versions, still nothing.

 

It worked a while ago, but now the skins are unable to save or duplicate.
