Crashes When trying to Launch Game

When trying to play a game, the launcher begins then blinks away and back again. The crash report message "There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue" is at the top of the list. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still happens. The last time it was working fine was four or five days ago.
