Minecraft Isn't Launching Properly

I restarted my PC and now the launcher seems to not always launch the game and even if I get in either I'm on a black screen or It stops responding when I click on singleplayer, on the start menu, or when I get onto a server. Idk If this belongs in this section but I'm tired of looking and troubleshooting.
