Cant log into Minecraft Launcher

Earlier today, I went to play Minecraft Java Edition 1.15.2, and the launcher said I wasnt connected to the internet. I was connected though... so I ignored it. I went to connect to a server, only to get this error:
"Failed to log in: The authentication servers are currently down for maintenance"

A few hours later, same issue. Which was interesting cause a streamer I was watching was able to connect to servers. I logged out of the launcher thinking it was an account issue, but now it wont let me log in. I says "Sorry! Make sure you are online and try again." Again, I am connected to the internet, cause that Twitch stream was still working just fine. I tried restarting my PC. Didnt work. I deleted the launcher data, and redownloaded it. Still didnt work. Im out of ideas. Is it a glitch with my account? Or is there maintenance in my area?
