Cannot open application on Console

When opening the application on PS4, the game will become stuck on the first bright red screen entitled "Mojang Studios". The application will sit here and will be unable to actually go into the game. This has happened previously, and I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Once it was downloaded again, the game was able to go beyond the "mojang studios" screen and the game was playable. However, the issue has happened again.
