Minecraft launcher crashes instead of loading Minecraft

my Minecraft launcher keeps crashing and I can't play Minecraft because it won't load. it will load a little, but before finishing it says not responding. I close the game and it takes me back to the launcher and said that the game crashed. I have deleted the game and reinstalled it but it doesn't fix it. it still doesn't work. I have Minecraft java
