Takes longer than expected to launch.

I have this issue when I wanna launch Minecraft to play on a server like Cubecraft, it simply takes up to 15 seconds to start trying to launch. It only happens on Forge which I use daily instead of Vanilla or just OptiFine alone. Is there anything I can do to return to normal as just like 2 weeks ago it was launching fine.
