Chests and menus loading time changed for no reason

What I expected to happen was...:
The menus and chests would open as usual, very quickly, as I have one of the newest ASUS computers

What actually happened was...:
I right-clicked on a chest, and it took 10 -20 seconds or crashed the game. I had not changed any settings.

How to Reproduce:
1. Simply open a book, chest, or one of the in-game menus, such as multiplayer settings or video settings.
