Mob farm bug

I have detected an error that causes the dispensers placed down with water that are in the mob farms do not collect the water that is put on them and the bug consists of a small attempt by the dispenser to collect the water but it does not and the observer that it has underneath detects it as a change and removes the water from the latter which if it works
