Game Crash: an unexpected issue occurred

when ever i try to enter minecraft, this "Game Crash" appears,
Firstly, i had a "unsupported pixel format" error, i updated my driver and now "an unexpected issue occurred " appears.

minecraft was working perfectly before this launcher update.
