Messed up single player world

Yesterday i played in my single player world, everything was fine. Today I open my world and there was a huge mess... All my buildings were scattered in parts all over the area. No one except me can play in my world. I tried to restart game, but nothing changed and all of my work is destroyed...Is it possible for everything to return as it was?
