When i load in to minecraft after aboust it gets to 85% loaded it says that ther was an error

I have found a solution to get around this using the task manager but then when this is fixed and im in acctual minecraft it wont let me into any of my realms and it says that the game session is invalid and im not aloud to view mine or any others servers on realms,
