My minecraft launcher doesnt allow me to play

When i try to play on my minecraft launcher, it loads in, then when the loading bar is halfway across the 'G' (this is in 1.15.2 and below) in the 'MOJANG' logo, it stops. The application freezes. Even after waiting for an hour, its still frozen. I tried logging out and logging in, uninstalling the application, and even repairing the application in control panel.
