Whenever I try to open Minecraft with forge, it appears an advice that is already running the game, but it doesn't appear a wind that it is running and only appears a window that says FML Early loading progress and it doesnt load anything

Whenever I want to open the game it says that it's already running the game (but it isn't) and when i open it anyway  it appears a window that says (FML Early Loading Progress) and it doesn't open anything else even if I restart the game or even the computer. Please help me out with this situation or tell me what to do
