It Starts To open The game then stops responding after about 95% is loaded

Process crashed with exit code -805306369 (this is the game output that is given after game crashes)
Just bought the game and wanted to play it with friends but cant even load into the game. Have deleted the game to see if that was the problem then re downloaded it to see if that would fix it. Also have restarted my computer multiple times
