Unable to update the Minecraft Native launcher

When buying, downloading and installing Minecraft, I tried to run the Launcher but it tells me that it is not possible to update the Native Minecraft Launcher. And I tried to repair the launcher and download the Minecraft.exe but it still gives me an error.
