Game not launching/ no responce, 1.15.2 latest release

When I try to launch the game the Mojang loader screen shows.  It loads 75% then it says not responding. It never loads just sits at 75%. When canceled it says Java(TM) platform SE binary is not responding. Then game crashed and try again later , but has the same result when tried.
