Graphical bug ( ps4 pro )

When playing through the mission cacti canyon I've noticed a weird graphic issue.

When opening up the inventory menu and closing it the sides of the screen flash red and black disappear do it again and a huge white flash appears in the center of the screen, so far this is the only map it does it on and this is the only game  my ps4 does this with.

 

I have boost mode on plus running  on a 4k television.
