launcher offline

When i open the launcher it opens like normal, but in the upper left corner below my name it says no connection and the play button says "play offline". my internet is working as im writing this now. I have tried everything i can think on my own and can find in the internet, like reinstall the launcher restart my pc multiple times etc...
