It’s been 3 weeks now

Plz help me out, my game wont let me do anything, it’s been saying my “account is broken” 

I was able to deal without my iPad bc I went to pc for a while bc for some unknown reason my account worked there and now it’s broken on there and still my iPad, this issue has been going on for more than 3 weeks now, PLZZZ OH PLZZZZ FIX 🥺🥺🥺
