Cant launch minecraft

I tried to launch Minecraft, but it says I need to pay (which I have)

I checked if I had the right email, and I did. I reset my password, and it still did not let me launch Minecraft. in the top left corner of my screen, it says 'player' instead of my Minecraft username.

I have tried closing Minecraft, shutting off my laptop, and looking for fixes, but nothing works.
