Failed to log in when opening 1.15.2 Optifine version

When selectiong optifine 1.15.2 on minecraft launcher, I press play and it says failed to log in. 

I have tried to download on my own optifine 1.15.2 and when I click on install it says error (I have java).  After trying to do this, as I saw it didn't work I deleted it so the screenshots just show the normal appearance without anything being modidfied by me.

Since I have played on that version before and it used to work I don't understand why now it doesn't. I want to know what to do so it works or if I should uninstall my minecraft and download it again. Other mods I have that require java do work normally.
