Items bought from marketplace missing

My xbox minecraft froze and when i went back in to continue to play, all my purchased items and skins are missing. This is very frustrating as if i go into marketplace to try purchase the items again, it continues to tell me i cant connect to the internet, yet i'm able to browse the store. Please, I want my items back!
