Because of inept support, I now want a full refund. Where do I go for that?
I want a full refund. After multiple attempts to get this fixed you failed. I no longer want the headache of arguing with the support team at Mojang. "The customer is always right" means nothing to you.
I will be letting Helen Z. know about this.
