Minecraft won't launch

Just as the attached screenshot, minecraft won't start, stuck at the mojang launch screen.

I've tried many other versions and found out that there's something wrong about the red loading bar in the mojang screen. Versions without loading bars (ex-1.8) were fine.

And the problematic versions were always stopping at the same exact spot of the loading bar.

Tried re-installing launcher, force updating, re-installing Java and updating Java, but had no luck.
