Login Issues with it Saying I'm Not Online but my Internet is Fine

It claims I'm offline but I'm not and my internet is working fine for everything else, with all other programs working okay.  Then when I tried logging out and relogging in it wouldn't work and said I needed connection.  I can't find anything to help online so if you guys could that'd be great.  It also claims my authentication servers are down when I try to join a server.
