Skin problem

I can't change my skin, because the launcher is unable to fetch my skins. If I click on the tab with "skins" I see this (look at the image). I don't know why, and I already tried relogging and restarting everything and updating it. I also tried to change it at the minecraft website but that also doesn't work. My friends can see my skin, but I only see their skin as steve. My skin is Alex on my screen but they see my actual skin.

Can somebody please help me?
