Launcher Having Native Files Issues.

My minecraft launcher is refusing to open in any version. It states the following for the report:

Unable to extract native files.
Error details: Minizip error while extracting: -116
Filename on disk: lwjgl-3.2.2-natives-windows.jar
Path: C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\libraries\org\lwjgl\lwjgl\3.2.2\lwjgl-3.2.2-natives-windows.jar
Exists: File

I'm unsure what to do about this and have tried to delete the file multiple times in order to fix it. But to no avail.
