MINECRAFT ACCOUNT ERROR

Good morning, I am trying to log into my Minecraft account and it won't let me. It indicates that the password or the user is not correct. The account is created, that's for sure, but when requesting a new password, no email reaches the account.

They would be so kind as to tell me how I have to restore the account in order to enter.
