HELP

when i launch my minecraft it shows the green bar then when it finishes it closes the launcher and does nothing but then when i try launch again it says a game is already running plz help i wasted money if i dont fix

 btw im and it forced me to put legacy or whatever i can only launch 1.14.4 plz reply helpers
