Screen freeze at the Mojang loading screen then crash

So when I launch the version of Minecraft (1.15.2 to 1.14) I want to play it opens but the at the Mojang loading screen it freeze  and the crash happens. I tied uninstalling an d reinstalling and nothing work still the same crash error message.
